How it Works

Initial Appointment
We meet on site to assess your landscape needs, the average visit lasting one to two hours. During the interview process we discuss your project, goals and ideas in greater detail, exploring possible solutions.

Design Agreement
The design cost for a planting plan/irrigation plan/lighting plan is determined on site and is based on the complexity of the project. A preliminary meeting allows you to review the drawing and confirm that the design meets your satisfaction. The design agreement is separate from the contract to do the actual work.

Installation Referral
The installation bid is based on the final design plan and is part of your installation contract. As a licensed landscape contractor, I choose to specialize in the design phase and have a list of professional landscape contractors to recommend upon request.

Maintenance Referral
Professional maintenance referrals are also available upon request.
